Spiceworks

I just realized I have been using Spiceworks for almost two years!  I don't use it every day but I have it set up to scan my network every day and it collects information like new devices on my network and if you set it up right, it will tell you when your fellow workers install software like iTunes or the Weather Bug!  I mainly use it to help me keep up with my network inventory but it can be used as a helpdesk solution.  Check it out, it's free!  Spiceworks.com
