Ever need to edit MP3s? My son sings old Elvis music and I find myself needing to modify songs sometimes by chopping off the long pause at the beginning or shortening them to fit in a certain time frame during a play or something. I’ve never heard some of this but it’s an interesting article if you sit at a desk most of the day like I do. Quote from the article, “Every inch you hold your head forward, you add 10 pounds of pressure on your spine.” That’s pretty amazing to me and would certainly explain the back pain!
