One thing I like so far is they updated when they said they would, actually they did it early! Got my Asus Transformer Prime yesterday, with the dock, and as soon as I got past the Welcome screens, it did a few updates and I am now on Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 4.0.3. I can’t remember updates for my Android phones being available early with Verizon!
Good reason to be able to uninstall the crap installed by AT&T, Verizon and so on. I’ve considered rooting my phone for months but always chicken out since I can’t afford to screw it up! Have you rooted your phone and if so, how did you do it and were there any problems?

What’s this going to do for the Thunderbolt world?! I’m still liking my HTC Thunderbolt even though I’ve heard a lot of bad stuff about it. No real complaints, better battery life lately and 4G in my area now too!

Well, it may not be 4G or dual core but my wife loves this new phone. The accessories and the fact that it came in something that looked like a fancy looking makeup box just did it for her! Well, just so you won’t try this, an HTC Incredible will not live through a full cycle in the washing machine!

Will this version be any better? There seemed to be a big deal made out of Windows Mobile 7, or whatever it’s called, but I don’t see that it’s made up much ground on the iPhone or Android. I had a Windows phone for about 6 months a while ago and finally had enough and managed to swap for a BlackBerry, which was great at the time! Can they ever really catch up with either of the big two with hardly any apps to actually use on whatever they do with a new Windows Phone?
